Booking / Availability / Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

Explains online booking rules, live availability, same-day booking logic and cancellation / reschedule/refund policies.

We’re proud to offer one of the most flexible booking policies around:

  • Full refund available up to 24 hours before the booking time
  • Flexible rescheduling or credit available up to 6 hours before the booking time 
  • Within 6 hours of a booking no refund, credit or rescheduling possible - this is strictly applied regardless of circumstances
  • If customer cannot contact the centre (eg centre closed) then they should email info@xtremekarting.co.uk with booking reference number, the time stamp of the email will be used in conjunction with the above policy
  • Policy applies to all activities
  • Customers agree to this policy when booking and included within booking confirmation emails
  • Any complaints should be directed to info@xtremekarting.co.uk
