Explains online booking rules, live availability, same-day booking logic and cancellation / reschedule/refund policies.
- All bookings must be completed online
- Arrive 15 minutes before your booking time
- If running late please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate however this will depend on session availability and we cannot make any promised, you may miss sessions depending what time you arrive

We’re proud to offer one of the most flexible booking policies around:
- Full refund available up to 24 hours before the booking time
- Flexible rescheduling or credit available up to 6 hours before the booking time
- Within 6 hours of a booking no refund, credit or rescheduling possible - this is strictly applied regardless of circumstances
- If customer cannot contact the centre (eg centre closed) then they should email info@xtremekarting.co.uk with booking reference number, the time stamp of the email will be used in conjunction with the above policy
- Policy applies to all activities
- Customers agree to this policy when booking and included within booking confirmation emails
